Sr. Education Specialist | Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI)

At the Space Telescope Science Institute, I am privileged to lead initiatives that merge space science with public education. My role is a delicate balance of strategy and creativity. Here, I craft educational programs that bring the vastness of space closer to diverse audiences. Whether developing interactive content for the Hubble and James Webb Space Telescopes or fostering partnerships with educational institutions, my goal remains the same: to inspire and educate.

Informal Education Specialist | STScI 

My journey at STScI began with a mission to integrate space science into everyday learning. Through innovative digital platforms like ViewSpace, HubbleSite, and WebbTelescope, I developed content that captivated learners and educators alike. Leading the Informal Learning Network, I built bridges between science and community, ensuring that STEM education reached those who needed it most.

2018 - 2019 

Asst. Curator of Education & Experience | Worcester Art Museum 

Before delving into the stars, I honed my skills in the world of art and education. At the Worcester Art Museum, I spearheaded programs that transformed visitor engagement. My approach was hands-on and inclusive, creating experiences that resonated deeply with diverse audiences. From curating exhibitions to leading community days, my focus was always on making art accessible and inspiring.

Scholarly & Publications Intern | Freer|Sackler Gallery 

My time at the Smithsonian's Freer|Sackler Gallery was a blend of academic rigor and public engagement. Here, I supported the publication of scholarly works and organized high-profile events. This role deepened my understanding of how education and scholarship intersect, shaping my approach to public science communication.

Youth & Family Programs Coordinator | Allentown Art Museum 

In Allentown, I led youth and family programs that brought the community together through art. My programs were designed to be interactive and educational, fostering a love for learning in participants of all ages. This experience taught me the importance of community-centric education and the power of hands-on learning.

Curatorial Intern & Museum Educator | Carnegie Museum of Art 

As a curatorial intern and museum educator, I immersed myself in the world of decorative arts. This role was a formative experience, allowing me to develop skills in research, exhibition design, and educational programming. It was here that I learned the art of storytelling through objects, a skill I carry into my current work.

At Georgetown, I specialized in integrating educational technology within museum settings. This program was a bridge between my love for art and my passion for education. Leading to a collaborative capstone project analyzing data from both the American and UK education systems to adapt more innovative approaches that seamlessly blended technology and learning in informal educational spaces.

My undergraduate studies in art history and religious studies provided a rich foundation for my career. At the University of Pittsburgh, I explored the intersections of culture, art, and belief systems.
